Avengers Gauntlet Glove Cake Topper

This year my son is totally into Marvel and Nerf blasters! The Avenger movies like  Infinity War and End Game are his most favorite movies right now.  Every year I let my kids brainstorm and sketch out their birthday cakes. My son turned 12 years old and the Gauntlet glove was the focus of his cake. We had to travel with the cake topper this year and let me say, it was quite an adventure. TSA workers don’t really care for internal cake structures like PVC pipes and foil…oops! Anyway, the cake topper made it to the party and the birthday boy loved it.

The glove was made of Rice Krispies Treats, fondant, foil and more fondant. (It was definitely not edible just a decoration!!)

My son picked out his favorite Marvel characters and those turned into cupcake toppers.(Spiderman, Captain Marvel, Hulk, Groot, Ironman, and Thor)

I actually threw in baby Groot because he’s so cute.

The second theme to my son’s birthday was Nerf Blasters. He LOVES nerf anything! I made a couple of nerf toppers like the darts, his favorite blaster and the #12 in Nerf colors.

We had the perfect pool party mixed in with a nerf war. Nothing is better than having a birthday celebration with the family we adore. Cousins ROCK!
